The program is designed to equip small business owners and nonprofit leaders in lower-income communities with the training, mentorship, and capital access to scale their ventures. Fellows gain access to expert-led training, one-on-one mentorship, a global network of entrepreneurs and small business owners, and the chance to compete for cash prizes at the Summit. This is a fully-funded program, and all Fellows receive a Basecamp stipend to support community initiatives.

Support Provided to Fellows:

  • Basecamp Stipend: Fellows receive financial support to design and lead a community workshop (Basecamp), applying program learnings in real-world settings.
  • Training and Skill Development: Interactive workshops led by experts on sales, business growth, metrics, funding, and leadership.
  • Mentorship & Community: Fellows engage with experienced mentors, entrepreneurs, alumni, and local partners for guidance, support, and collaborative feedback.
  • 🏆Pitch Competition: Fellows refine their venture pitch and compete for a share of $50,000 in prizes at the Summit, presenting to a global network of leaders, funders, and entrepreneurs.
